You always keep your own ideas, the company's goals and the needs of our enterprise customers in balance. As an Account Executive (m/f/d) at hepster you have all possibilities. Your task is to analyze further revenue opportunities for existing partnerships and to make our insurance products attractive to new potential partners based on your own developed strategy.

In addition, you qualify yourself by:
You bring 3+ years of sales experience in the insurance or technology industry to the table
You have a good knowledge of the insurance market or the ability to learn quickly
You preferably have previous experience in inbound and outbound sales and selling digital insurance solutions
You love to close deals and are not afraid to actively approach people
You have impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, with extensive public speaking experience
You have excellent presentation skills and facilitation skills
You don't dwell on problems, but actively seek solutions and are willing to collaborate in a highly competitive environment
You are detail-oriented, organized, responsible and self-motivated
You love to work both in a team and independently
You are fluent in German and business fluent in English. French is a plus
You have strong research and analysis skills and are at home in the Microsoft Office universe
Big plus, but not a must:
You are comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar applications to acquire customers and follow up on dead-end leads
You have in-depth knowledge of CRM systems and maintaining that with information that pertains to you.
