Your mission
  • Responsible for the financial management of the European legal entities (excl. Germany), conducting financial review meetings and budget presentations with the local general management and developing the finance team
  • Very close collaboration and back-up with the other group controller reporting in to the Director Global Finance in Holdings
  • Further develop the intercompany reconciliation, reporting, planning and documentation globally in collaboration with accounting and finance managers of subsidiaries
  • Own the intercompany transfer pricing and assess the current set up in terms of sales calculation tool, transparency, market requirements, simplicity etc. 
  • Contribution to and optimization of the monthly group reporting as well as budget planning reporting to General Management of Holdings as well as shareholders
  • Proactive steering of the financial results and development of the global finance community
Your profile
  • University Degree in Business Administration or similar studies with accounting and/or finance major
  • 5+ years work experience in financial analysis / controlling in an international company at best in the head quarters
  • Strong communication (English) and leadership skills
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel as well as basic knowledge in SQL, Microsoft PowerBI, Lucanet and ERP system usage
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Fluent in English and basic in German
  • Enthusiastic, fun and reliable personality that likes people as much as numbers
