Als (Senior) Softwareentwickler * Java & Spring entwickelst und integrierst du verteilte und hochskalierbare Backend-Systeme mit Java- / Kotlin- / Spring- / Quarkus-basierter Software – vom REST Service bis zur Persistierung.
Mit deiner technologischen Expertise berätst du unsere Kunden im Rahmen von agilen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten.

Je nach Erfahrungsgrad und persönlichen Schwerpunkten bringst du einen oder mehrere der folgenden Skills mit – oder eignest sie dir bei uns an:

Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit Kunden, z. B. im Sprint Refinement
Erstellung von Konzepten und Proof of Concepts
Entwurf von Backend-Architekturen
Entwurf und Entwicklung von hochverfügbaren, Cloud-native Softwaresystemen z. B. in der AWS Cloud mit Java oder Kotlin
Frontend-Entwicklung mit State-of-the-Art JavaScript-Technologien wie z. B. Angular
Aufbau von Continuous Integration und Deployment Chains z. B. mit GitLab und Docker
Pflege und Erweiterung der Software im DevOps-Modus
Gelegentliche Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Projektakquise

bringst Projekterfahrung als Entwickler in agilen Projekten mit Java und Spring mit

hast nichts gegen gelegentliche Reisetätigkeiten, willst aber auch nicht die Woche über im Hotel wohnen
bist ein absoluter Teamplayer, der aber auch gut eigenständig arbeiten kann
fühlst Dich bei einem flexiblen Mittelständler besser aufgehoben als in einem Konzern
hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your field of activity

As (Senior) Software Developer Java & Spring you develop and integrate distributed and highly scalable backend systems with Java / Kotlin / Spring / Quarkus based software – from REST service to persistence
With your technological expertise, you advise our clients on agile software development projects

Depending on your experiences and your personal focus you have one or more of the follow skills – or you are keen to learn them at valantic STI:

Coordination with clients and their requirements, e.g. in sprint refinements
Evaluation of concepts and Proof of Concepts
Design of backend architectures
Design and development of highly available, cloud-native software systems, e.g. with Java or Kotlin in the AWS Cloud
Frontend development with state-of-the-art JavaScript technologies such as Angular
Development of continuous integration and deployment chains, e.g. with GitLab and Docker
Maintenance and expansion of software in DevOps mode
Occasional support for sales in project acquisition
