You speak Italian fluently and are looking for a new challenge in a young and dynamic company where you can gain valuable insights into various Sales areas? If so, KoRo is the right place for you! Our Sales Italy Team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to assist them with Retail & B2B Account Management.
Ideally, you already have some sales or customer service experience and would love to represent KoRo in the Italian market. Your responsibilities would include:
- Managing independently B2B relationships (restaurant chains, hotels, cafés, etc.) via CRM ticketing system and phone
- Solving B2B customer problems: returns, refunds, and other resolutions
- Assisting the Key Account Manager in managing retail customers (e.g., Carrefour, Esselunga)
- Prospecting potential retail and B2B customers based on the Sales Strategy
- Attending key events and national fairs to help KoRo establish a national presence
- Assisting the Key Account Manager in preparing data, presentations, and materials
- Working on listing recommendations, market analyses, and competitor benchmarks
- Collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data in order to report insights and recommendations
- Working on some ad hoc projects involving various stakeholders and functions (e.g., sourcing, country management)
