Überblick:
Das Metrologie- und AIT-Team der Optics Manufacturing Group unterstützt sowohl die Prüfung der intern diamantbearbeiteten Spiegel, als auch die Montage, Ausrichtung und Prüfung der endgültigen optischen Module. Als Messtechniker übernimmst du die messtechnische Prüfung intern gefertigter optischer Komponenten, assistierst in der Implementatierung neuer optischer Testlösungen und führst die Montage, Ausrichtung und Prüfung der endgültigen hochpräzisen optischen Baugruppen durch.

Zuständigkeiten

Prüfung der intern produzierten optischen Komponenten, z.B. mittels Interferometer, Mikroskope und anderen optischen Messgeräten
Programmierung und Bedienung einer Koordinatenmessmaschine (DKM) zur Prüfung mechanischer Komponenten
Optikmontage der intern hergestellten Komponenten
Durchführung von Bewertungs- und Validierungstests optischer Systeme
Implementierung vordefinierter optischer Testlösungen
Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung der detaillierten Testmethodik und Hardware-Anforderungen für die Serienfertigung

What you bring with you

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen Bereich, z. B. als Feinoptiker/in, Mechatroniker/in, Feinwerkmechaniker/in, o. ä..
Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit hochpräzisen optischen und mechanischen Komponenten ist von Vorteil.
Erfahrung in der optischen Messtechnik oder in der Koordinatenmesstechnik ist von Vorteil.
Idealerweise grundlegende Optikkenntnisse.
Ein Abschluss als Techniker/in ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
Zuverlässige, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise.
Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache sind erwünscht.
Flexible Arbeitsweise mit der Bereitschaft, je nach den strategischen Erfordernissen des Unternehmens, kurzfristig Überstunden zu machen.

Join us as a Metrology Technician for Optics Production (m/f/x) and work with us on changing the future!

What awaits you at Mynaric

Qualification of in-house produced optical components using interferometers, microscopes, and various other metrology devices
Program and run dimensional measurements with a coordinate measurement machine (CMM)
Assist in developing the detailed test methodology and hardware requirements for serial manufacturing test
Assembly and alignment of telescope optics using in-house manufactured components
Perform validation testing of the assembled telescope optics

What you bring with you

Successfully completed vocational training in the technical field, e.g. in optics, mechatronics, precision mechanics, or similar
Experience with the handling and assembly of high-precision optical and mechanical components is a plus
Experience in optical and dimensional metrology, e.g. using interferometers, microscopes, wavefront sensors, coordinate measurement machines, is a plus
Interested to learn about optics
Reliable, structured and efficient way of working
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Flexible working approach with a willingness to work overtime on short notice based on the strategic needs of the company
